REFUND POLICY

Except as otherwise provided in this agreement or at the sole discretion of Steema no refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions will be allowed. Steema reserves the right to refuse a refund if the user is found to be in violation of Terms and Conditions or acting against Steema interest.

The licensed materials, including all intellectual property rights within the licensed materials (such as copyright) are the sole and exclusive property of Steema. By indicating that you accept these terms, you do not become the owner of the materials, but are entitled to use them according to the terms of this agreement. Steema provides its services “As is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, the services we provide which are SaaS based or create royalty on daily or weekly basis are not eligible for a refund.
For any other products to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
For any other services to be eligible for a refund, you must take decision to stop the service within the first week of the service.
If our products received damaged, full of bugs/errors in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you.
